Quality & Documentation
We recognise that consistency, documentation and transparency are essential when supplying ingredients for international manufacturing operations.
Material is checked against its specification before release, and the certificate of analysis for the dispatched batch travels with the consignment. Where a buyer needs to qualify a material first, a sample is sent ahead with its certificate so your own laboratory can test against your method before you commit.
Each consignment is identified by lot number, with net and gross weight and the date of manufacture, so a delivered batch can always be traced back to the documentation issued against it.
Criteria for contaminants are set per destination-country regulation and per customer requirement, so tell us the market and we will confirm the testing panel before you order. Pesticide residue complies with EU 396/2005.
